Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons Burnt Butter, at room temperature
- 1 3/4 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 to 3 tablespoons hot water
Instructions
- Beat butter, sugar, vanilla, and 1 tablespoon water until smooth and
- creamy. If icing is too thick, add more water, a tablespoon at a time.
- Use immediately, or refrigerate in a covered bowl for up to 2 days. Let come to room temperature and beat again before using.
