Ingredients

• 2 egg yolks
• 2 teaspoons cold water
• Liquid or gel food coloring in color(s) of your choice

Instructions

1. Beat egg yolks with cold water in a small bowl. Depending on how many
2. colors you want, leave the mixture in one bowl or divide it up among
3. two or more smaller bowls.
4. Tint each batch with 3 to 4 drops of food coloring. Brush on cookies
5. before baking, or for larger cookies, near the end of the baking time.
