Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tablespoon finely grated orange zest, or 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 3 to 6 tablespoons fresh orange juice
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until blended. Mix in orange zest and enough juice to make a smooth, spreadable frosting.
- Use immediately, or refrigerate for up to two days. Let come to room temperature and beat again before using.
